Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Visa Route Diary mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") for premium features, subscriptions, or content. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the following:

• Payment: All in-app purchases are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through your app store's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Apple and Google have their own refund policies that apply to in-app purchases.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions but will apply to renewals and new subscriptions.
• Free Trials: If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Disclaimer

The materials in the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Visa Route Diary makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The App provides information and tools to help you track visa applications, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of visa requirements, processing times, or outcomes. You should always verify information with official government sources.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Visa Route Diary or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Visa Route Diary or a Visa Route Diary authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Visa Route Diary does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. Visa Route Diary may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice.

10. Modifications

Visa Route Diary may revise these terms of service for its App at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
